New Opportunity 2014

God is GOOD!!!!!

We are so excited about this new opportunity. God has been so Faithful and opening some doors for us and totally making it clear to us about moving off base. So we're hoping to move out first part of June. Caleb put down the deposit for the house and the owner is so kind to save the house for us for the whole month of May, there's some things that need some touching up and stuff like that, so it gives them time to do that. The house is located about 5 minutes towards Managua. We love the community it's in and we're so excited to see how God will use us there.

The house God has Blessed us with!!!!

Our busy summer season is getting closer. I'm excited to see what all God is going to do this summer, we have some wonderful interns lined up to help out this summer, a couple of them are from outreaches from last year, so it'll be awesome to see them again!!!!

Caleb started going to Spanish school again to learn more. He's been going in the mornings for about 2 hours. I continue to work in my work books and that's been helping a lot. I need to get over the fear of just speaking and not worry if I mess up, we learned at MTI that you'll make a million mistakes when learning a new language, so when you mess up, just laugh and move on.....I need to remember that!!!!!!!!!! =)

Caleb has been busy, making things for our staff. He built a desk *out of scraps* for a guy for his photography business he's starting. It looks really good. He's such a handy man and can build just about anything. I told him I'd like some bookshelves for our new house, so we'll see ;) Haha!!!! He's built a vanity, frames, ect. He loves using his hands and he's amazing at everything he does.

I've been busy with the media, even when teams aren't here. Right now I'm working on a promo video for some staff and that's been fun. I really enjoy what I'm doing, and I'm so blessed to have a job that I love. It's amazing how God works things out. Never in a million years did I ever think I'd be a missionary doing photography and media :) WOAH!!!!!

We recently posted on Facebook that we're moving out of the base, and with that come some new things for us....

Some of the changes are: My specific role will be doing media, going around and taking pictures in the different ministry sites, putting together a video at the end of each outreach, updating and posting on the SI Nicaragua facebook\instagram pages, when there aren't teams here, I'm helping our National staff with projects, ect. Caleb’s role will continue in maintenance etc. In order to make this happen we need to raise $200 a month more to help cover expenses that we don’t have living on base. So if there are 10 people that would be willing to partner with us and support us monthly for $20 a month, we would meet our goal.

Here’s our goal

We’d like to meet our goal by May 9th. That’s *one weeks* for 10 people to sign up and partner with the Fletchers to help make it possible for us to share the Gospel in Nicaragua. Please keep us in your prayers as we get ready for this exciting transition!!
God Bless
